Small Batch Bourbon
BLACK MAPLE HILL (8yr) –Bardtstown, KY
Aged for an average of eight years and bottled in small batches. It has a bit of heat but its met with a surprisingly mellow & dry finish with hints of butterscotch & oak.
OLD POGUE (9yr) — Bardstown, KY
This is a transparently clear Bourbon with a rich bronze-amber color. Smooth aromas of caramel, brown sugar & herbal notes. On the palate its smooth as a fine cognac… clean & warming. It finishes with nuances of caramel & maple syrup.
HIRSCH SELECTION – Bardstown, KY
Bursts of caramel & corn on the nose. Finishes semisweet & oneyed. Rich but vibrant & not the least fat or chunky. A true expression of American made bourbon whiskey.
Blended Single Malt Scotch
These very special whiskeys are the blends of multi-vintages. They are not chilfiltered and no color is added. They are both 100% Islay.
BRUICHLADDICH (Rocks) — Islay,Scotland
Characterized by intensely fruity aromas of grapes, pomegranates, red apple and cranberries, coupled with sweeter notes of maple, brown sugar and vanilla. On the palate, it is creamy in texture, yet with a lively, briny quality that makes this whisky quite refreshing.
BRUICHLADDICH (Peat) — Islay,Scotland
This peated single malt offers flavors of vanilla wafers, pears, melons, cracked black pepper and smoke. Peat showcases the unique heavily peated Bruichladdich style where the heavier sea iodine flavours that can dominate other Islay peated whiskies is subdued and made more elegant by Bruichladdich's victorian long neck stills
Single Malt/Scotch Whiskey
ST.GEORGE SINGLE MALT— Almeda, CA
Starting out as a brown ale, this rare single malt is distilled from two copper stills, placed in mainly bourbon oak casks, then transferred to french oak to round out this real nutty & slightly vanilla flavored whiskey.
ELLENSTOWN (10yr) — Islay, Scotland
Cask strength, single cask, no color added, and not chill filtered.Nuances of caramel and vanilla in the nose, while a distinct smokey and peaty quality creates a an almost nutty flavor on the palatte.
DUNCAN TAYLOR (13yr)—Speyside,Scotland
This Imperial Whisky has aromas of citrus, raisins & spices. On the palate … spices, malts & floral notes. The malts and the ranges are not chilfiltered or coloured.
BRUICHLADDICH (12yr) — Islay,Scotland
Created from 100% American oak, Bourbon casks, and manually distilled from 100% Scottish barley, using the original19th century copper equipment and pre-industrial techniques. This bottling contains layers of fresh fruit and creamy vanilla flavors.
